Annie Mist Thorisdottir has been an elite CrossFit athlete hailing from Reykjavik Iceland. She also trains and coaches in Crossfit Reykjavik, where she is the co-owner. Annie has the distinction of being only one female in the history of sports to have won her place in the CrossFit Games two times. She placed second in the 2010 and 2014 CrossFit Games. The dominating display made her a winner of the title. Annie won again during the CrossFit Games in 2012 due to her exceptional performance. The first female athlete to be crowned the winner of two CrossFit Games at once. Additionally, in 2014, she received a silver-medal and then in 2021 was the last time she took home a bronze medal in CrossFit Games. Annie has been coaching and training at Crossfit Reykjavik. This gym was founded by Annie. Annie, who is currently a competitive athlete, was featured in adverts to promote sports products, like Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Nuun Hydration's Yerbae - the sidekick for Nu Periodization Transparent Laboratory Transparent Labs and many more.
